Tell Me A Story

By HandMade Theatre

'Everyone has a story to tell and a memory to share. Unlock yours in this family adventure down memory lane, experience stories of the people, places and objects we hold dear.’

Having worked closely with care homes that support those living with Dementia over recent years, we have found that music, storytelling and objects have brought to life memories that have been stored away, held close. This project has allowed us to collect stories, from older and younger audiences to look at the journeys of our lives through creative exploration. What does childhood and growing up feel like to different people, at different times, in different places?

The show itself will see musicians, performers and storytellers come together with puppetry and song to tell these stories and unlock memories, suitable for all ages.
